✅ Returns

• You can request a return within 5 days of delivery.

• Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition.

• Returns are not accepted for used, damaged, or altered products.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Used idols, opened LED lamps, or worn jewellery

• Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery

💸 Refunds

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.

🔄 Exchanges

• Damaged or wrong items? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

• We’ll arrange for a free replacement or issue a refund if the product is out of stock.
